Chicago native and co-founder Cynthia French is one of the most sought after colorists in the industry. She has cultivated a following of celebrities, fashionistas, and trendsetters who all faithfully seek her innovative color expertise. Working her way up through prestigious salons including Vidal Sassoon, she soon joined the Rusk team. French toured the country to teach creative techniques and designs to hairdressers as part of a new industry movement that cast away generally accepted philosophies of precision cutting and strict geometric lines in favor of ingenuity and artistic beauty aesthetics. Cynthia was then promoted to Principle Director of the Rusk Advanced Academy, where she taught and controlled the Academy’s operations for three years. For French, Sager French for Hair is a place where she and her fellow stylists share knowledge and experience, working as a team to experiment with cutting edge beauty. The team works as a family to create a relaxed atmosphere that has attracted award winning stylists and a dedicated clientele for over 15 years.
